I had a great experience working with Jamel. He was patient throughout the entire process, really listened to what I was looking for, and answered all of my questions. Joel in finance was also very helpful and made sure everything was clear and handled smoothly. They both made the car buying process stress-free and enjoyable. Bought a used Honda Passport and they had been helpful during the sales process for the most part. But I soon realized after I bought the car that there that I needed to refer to the manual for an issue. I soon found out that they provided no manual which cheap. I asked for one to be send and they said I could print off of the internet. I tried to get in touch with Sales Rep Ken, the Used car Sales Manager Mike Robitaille and the General Manager Petito. Used car voice mail was full and could not leave a message. Sales just stopped responding and never hear from the GM either. SO they clearly dont care about customers after a sale has been made. I would not risk buying a car at Hillside and they just want to make a sale. Quite a slimy experience all in all.
