My experience with this dealership was positive from start to finish and I recommend this location even if Hillside Avenue doesn’t sound appealing for access! The showroom and all facilities were clean, attractive, and filled with welcoming staff. The service team accommodated my limited communication access during the day by communicating via text, they took me as a late appointment but I never felt rushed or cut off from receiving all the information I needed, and they set me up so I could finish the paperwork and still meet my work responsibilities!

I had a very disappointing experience with the business manager, Joel Fereida. When I approached him to request cancellation of my Honda extended warranty, he immediately told me it could not be cancelled. When I tried to ask further questions, he became dismissive and rudely told me to get away from him. The situation escalated and other staff members had to get involved. Later, after I followed up by email asking for an update, I was informed that the cancellation request was only sent out today March 11,2026 when the requested and signed date was 02/10/2026. This raises serious concerns about whether the request would have been processed at all if I had not followed up. Customers deserve clear information and professional treatment, especially when dealing with financial products like warranties. My experience with the handling of this cancellation and the way I was spoken to was very disappointing. I suggest research more on these issues before commiting anything because they would keep in the dealership the whole day faking that they are getting the paper works ready when in reality they are just looking to exhaust you more and hence agree to whatever addons they put at the end because you are in a rush to get things done now because you are very overwhelmed.
