I dropped off my car for a state inspection at 7:45 AM,
I dropped off my car for a state inspection at 7:45 AM, but at 12:15 PM, I received a call from service advisor Chris Khedaroo simply stating that my car was ready with no other comments. When I went to pick up my car at 5:00 PM, I was told that it did not pass the inspection. I expected the advisor to inform me about any issues and offer potential solutions while my car was still at the dealership. According to the receipt, the actual diagnostic was done at 9:15 AM, but the service center showed no willingness to address the issue on the same day. It was a complete waste of my time to have to return to the dealership. Speaking with the manager didn't help either; all they said was I would need to come back again to fix the problem. Very disappointing service overall.

I will never go back again.
I will never go back again. I bought 3 Honda's from this dealership and kept servicing my cars here for over 25 years and there is NO APPRECIATION for loyalty. Took my car in for a recall and they didn't want to release my car unless I paid over $2,000 for service that they broke. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A REPEAT LOYAL CUSTOMER? They have all new mechanics that don't know how to service a Honda and they take short cuts for LAZINESS. My car reeked of gas for months, they broke the fuel gauge, the filters and the fuel tank and wanted me to pay to have it fixed. And how the Manager dealt with the issues, "I don't smell nothing." Even when I came back in with estimates from another dealership. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. YOU LOST THE BEST CUSTOMER YOU VER HAD, A LONG WITH MY REFERRALS. This is the dealership of "I don't know anything."
