Jason was truly a pleasure to work with.

Jason was truly a pleasure to work with. We had our eyes on the TX-350 luxury trim, and Jason was kind enough to spend about 30 minutes with us in the car going through all of our questions and showing us the ins and outs of the car. When it came time to discuss a deal, he was not pushy at all, and was able to work with us to get a deal done. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We highly recommend this dealership. And to top it off, we love our new TX-350.

need better attention to details.

need better attention to details. the paperwork included some random phantom phone number that did not belong to me. tried to change it at lease 5x and in the end it was still wrong.

Dawn was very helpful.

Dawn was very helpful. Her communication was outstanding. The service department was great. I e had the car back for anbout a month now and it runs perfectly. Overall 10/10!

I brought my truck to get some maintenance done ,

I brought my truck to get some maintenance done , specially getting the front brake calipers changed along with brake pads and 2 new front brake rotors. The service was performed and I went to get my vehicle only to discover that the rotors were never charged. I had to leave the vehicle for a couple days to get it done ,then I received a call saying that the technician hit something and busted my left front tire , and I had to wait almost a week for the company to order a new tire and replace it . I lost lots of time and money not having my vehicle.

Don was great.

Don was great. She gave me a lot of information that I was unaware of about my new Lexus. Even the concierge driver was helpful and pointing out belts and whistles that I didn’t know I have.
