Lauren was very knowledge and honest.

Lauren was very knowledge and honest. I had a major problem w Caleb, as after being a Rallye customer for many years using my license which said Tricia Shannon, he wanted me to buy it under names I no longer use. It was ridiculous and Rallye may have lost a customer.

Joanna Oates IS the primary reason I bring my NX350h to Rallye for service. She has always provided exceptional service every time I have service performed. I purchased my current Lexus at another dealership but Joanna and the Rallye Service Department continues to be the reason I bring my car to Rallye for service.
