After an incredibly poor experience at a dealer close to GC Chrysler I was thrilled by the way I was treated at GC Chrysler. Oscar was great, he took his time with me, answered all the questions I threw at him and had a great overall experience dealing with him . He's the kind of guy you want to make a deal with . On the financing end the experience was even more amazing. I believe it was Karen and she just kept working the numbers until we came to an agreement. In comparison to the other dealer that was like dealing with a loan shark, this was pleasant and professional. Without her effort I do not believe I would be in a new car today. So far I am very happy and I am confident that when the time comes to service this vehicle I will remain a satisfied client.

I came in recently for a brake change, oil change and tire rotation, and it was a great experience. The service writer was attentive, friendly and professional. She gave me a realistic and accurate wait time (1 hour) which was amazing considering I didn't have an appointment. The waiting area was pleasant, with refreshments available. This was the easiest car buying experience in my 20 years of driving. It was extremely busy when my fiance and I went to the dealership, but Yuri Boltyan was eager to find us someone who could help us out. He introduced us to Brian Tolentino, who proceeded to take us on the best test drive we've ever experienced. It literally lasted a half hour; he wanted to make sure we were fully comfortable with the vehicle we were about to purchase. He did not rush us at all! When we got back from the test drive, we sat with Brian to work out some basic numbers (we were in a rush at the time and did not have time to go though the whole car buying process in one day). We made an appointment for the next day along with Yuri to come back and work out a deal. My fiance and I were looking for a very specific configuration of the vehicle we were purchasing, and the dealership was going to have to locate it. After they found the car we wanted, we were able to agree on a fair price for both parties. Upon review of the sale that evening, we noticed that the vehicle was missing a package that we really wanted/needed. After this was discovered, the dealership was very apologetic and promised that they would locate the right one with the exact specifications that we wanted. As the vehicle that we wanted was very rare, it took some time for the dealership to arrange a purchase and pick it up. Brian was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process; he went well above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a car salesman before. It may sound strange to say, but I felt that by the end of the whole process he was more of a friend to my fiance and I than our salesman. Along with Brian, Ken Skeen was working on locating the vehicle for us. Ken also kept consistent contact with us in regard to the status of the car being located. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lastly, we met with Tom McGuiness to go over financing. He ran several different scenarios and reviewed multiple warranty options with us. He was a pleasure to work with. All in all, I only have positive things to say about the people I interacted with at Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I recommend this dealership, and more specifically Brian Tolentino to anyone who is looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler. All together, they found me the exact vehicle I wanted for a price that I could afford, thank you I have never been happier with a new car in my 20 years of driving!!!
