Mike K checked my car in, went over everything that had to be done to fix my car. My car was finished in a timely fashion. Mike K did a great job thank you!!!!

Michael Kublal was the Senior Service Advisor who I was dealing with last week. He was a consummate professional who went well beyond what is expected from a service representative. Mike gave me great advice and was extremely knowledgeable. He followed up with me after hours to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike K today. And when I say pleasure I mean Pleasure he was so nice and courteous. I went there for my 2 Drivers side windows which both needed regulators and I decided I wanted to wait for the service to be completed well I have never seen such a group of people that were so nice! Mike even offered to buy me a sandwich!! He was so thoughtful he would constantly ask me if there was anything he could do for me imagine that- you don't find people like that very often. 3 cheeres for Mike and GARDEN CITY JEEP.

Mike was very knowledgeable of the products attributes. I explained my objective and he was able to help me achieve it. Mike is a very friendly salesman and was not pushy like many other salesmen I've encountered.

Diane was very helpful along with Tom Gradey and she passed my service claim to Mikey. Mikey is an amazing service advisor...he was very helpful and got me whatever I needed, which was a new key at a discount as given to me by Diane through Tom Gradey. I appreciated the help from Abdul and Tom Gradey regarding replacing a new GPS system for free after buying from here. They gave me great discounts and fulfilled on their promise when I felt most people would not because the sale was through already. Most dealers don't care about you after they make the sale, but this awesome team is amazing! Very satisfied...will recommend Also, Jose from service is awesome as well...he advised me even off the job site when I saw him and recognized him off the job. He also recommended me to get my service extended through Jeep because of the great service and free loaner cars offered. I will definitely be back for my oil changes for sure.
