The advisors are always very informative. They suggest what could be done but don’t force you to have it completed.

I got my car a month ago. There was water coming into the car and when I took it in to get serviced I was told everything was taken care of now my car still smells like mold and my carpets are still soaked with water. They said they took care of a scratch on my car and they don’t even match my cars pain job. Literally looks like they used white out.

The staff in the service are very professional and helpful. This is my first Toyota but it will not be my last based on the service.

I really like working with Kyle. He listens to what I want done and sees that it is done. He's a nice, friendly guy also. His name does not appear in the Service Dept names below. Work is always done with care and attention. I love the website for making appointments but one comment is that I was unable to see my work history on the website. It just shows dates and service manager but not the work that was done.

Angel was extremely patient with all the hiccup up with Geico and on hold for over 1 hour but after all the wait he proceeded was excellent.

The service advisors are patient and they explain everything well. They also seem trustworthy and honest. The work is finished during the time frame the advisors state . The waiting area is nice and with very good coffee for the customers.
