Arnold Chevrolet of West Babylon is an absolute pleasure

Arnold Chevrolet of West Babylon is an absolute pleasure to deal with. My salesman, Ron Wood is such a great guy. His honesty and integrity made me feel completely at ease. Between myself and my parents, this is actually the 5th vehicle that my family has leased from Ron Wood at Arnold Chevrolet. On the day of my delivery, Ron Wood was unfortunately home, sick in bed and telephoned me to let me know that another salesman, Eric Hartman, would be handling my delivery. I must say that Eric is absolutely wonderful! He spent more than an hour with me in my new Traverse, showing me all the new features, making sure that I understood how to operate the very complicated dashboard screen. Before I left the dealership, Eric told me that I could call him with any questions. It just seems that the guys at Arnold are willing to go "above and beyond" to make their customers feel valuable. Certainly, I will return to this amazing dealership when my lease ends in 2028!

Break lights were out.

Break lights were out. I replaced bulbs and still were out. I explained that I was positive it was just worn out fuse. Had you pay $200 for the diagnostic check. Result..a bad fuse. That’s. A LOT of money to replace a $5 part.

I have always had a good experience at the Arnold

I have always had a good experience at the Arnold Chevrolet service center. The service associates are knowledgeable and, explain everything that needs to be done. My salesman since 2012 Lew Mittleman is always there for me when I need service or a new lease!

Robert P was wonderful!

Robert P was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, made my son and I feel at ease and comfortable to ask questions. The showroom was great and Robert and the Manager worked well together. The gentleman in finance was also very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured as I have with different dealers in the past. I will definitely recommend Arnold to friends and family.
