Excellent Service Professional staff

Purchased my car at Bayshore Acura. A 2007 RL and I only have it Acura serviced. Fee loaner, free wifi, clean service area and freshly washed car each service mote than meets my expectations.

The ONLY place to buy an Acura on Long Island

I have purchased several Acuras from the Bayshore dealership and intend to continue doing so. The Acura is a great car though I am sure there are several automobiles that are of the same high quality at a comparable price. The big difference, I have discovered over the years, is the dealership from which the auto was purchased. Bayshore Acura is outstanding in the quality of service that they provide. The personnel are friendly, upbeat, professional, knowledgeable and completely dependable. The service department has a phenomenal team - all of whom are truly dedicated to pleasing their customers. The waiting room is welcoming with simple, though thoughtful amenities such as coffee, beverages and snacks. There is a rich supply of reading materials. The environment is friendly and welcoming. All of this is enhanced by the presence of people like Matthew who remind one of how refreshing it is to work with intelligent and caring people.

acura bay shore service visit

Last week i had my 2007 acura tsx serviced at acura of bay shore. I dealt with Tim Reid a service consultant. Tim was very knowledgeable and courteous . Tim recommended some additonal work to be done on my car. I followed his suggestions and my car is running excellent.Thanks acura of bay shore.

Acura of Bay shore continues to impress

Last week, I called Joey Meyer at Acura of Bay Shore to let him know I was interested in returning my leased 2011 RDX. I stopped in the next day and Joe had all of the numbers worked out for me. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, the process was pleasant and quick. The car was prepped way beyond my expectations and Joe showed me all of its features. My experience at Acura of Bay Shore was excellent. I will continue to do business with them and have told many of my friends to do the same. I love my new 2014 RDX. Excellent service, caring staff, the best!

Always excellent service, a bit pricy as all dealerships are regarding hourly service rates. Staff is first class, very accommodating. Will definitely buy my next Acura there. Wish they would build a dealership in Southampton New York - Just about every luxury car dealership is there except Acura - a very good sales opportunity is not being taken advantage of....
