    I've leased cars for over a decade and I have to say that I have never had an easier, more transparent, and hassle-free experience than the one I had today... at Baron! From inquiring online at 10:30 am to driving off the lot at 3:45, every staff member with whom I spoke and interacted, from Jenn to Dustin, gave me one set of prices and they never changed. No surprises. No last minute gotchas. My husband and I knew where we stood throughout the entire transaction, and it was, frankly, refreshing. Every time I look at my new 2020 Passport, I can smile not only for the beautiful car I have, but the beautiful experience that put me in the drivers seat.

    I have leased three vehicles through Baron Honda and never had an issue. My son recently needed to purchase a used vehicle so my husband took him to Baron... Honda and they negotiated with Dave to purchase a used 2010 Honda Accord. Dave quoted an interest rate of 6.1% because of the age of the vehicle. My husband was co-signing the loan with my son and has a credit score of over 800. When my husband picked up the vehicle he dealt with Theresa in financing. He came home and I looked at the paperwork and they charged 8.9 % interest, over 2 points higher than we were quoted. They also overcharged $1000.00 in "fees" that were not agreed upon. I called the dealership the next day and they issued me a check for the overcharges of $1089.00. I refinanced the car on my own for 4.4%. Just a very unpleasant experience. They lost me as a customer.

    There was a clerical error in regard to the price of the car which was corrected immediately once the office was made aware. We pride ourselves on goo...d customer service to make the car buying experience a positive one. In regard to the interest rate is determined by the banks, not the dealership. They take several factors into consideration when granting credit; credit score, year of car, equity, term of loan, debt to income. The banks that offered financing for this vehicle were very limited do to the year of the car. It was fully explained to both your husband and son when they picked up the vehicle. We do apologize if you felt as if we were taking advantage of the situation, but as we previously stated, as soon as we were made aware of the error we fixed it immediately and you were issued a refund.
