STAY AWAY LOL I canceled a warranty on my vehicle (that was pushed by Adam Frania), and the refund was processed back in Jan. However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL.

I bought a part (signal lamp) for my Impreza. The part was delivered with a broken piece. I took pictures and ask to return it for a replacement. The parts team were very reluctant to replace this part. I have to contact them several times, from 10/6/22 to 10/26/22 when they finally shipped a replacement. To my surprise, they just returned the broken piece wrapped in several pieces of paper and in a box within a box. This is sheer robbery! How treat a customer who trusts you and try buying from you! Why can't you replace a broken part? I am very disappointed in you guys. Why waste my precious time?

Dan Dengler thank you so much for your attention and professionalism. Thanks to the technicians for their honest work. I had such wonderful experience. I brought in my 2014 outback. Had been previously told it needed a new transmission by different mechanic shops. Technicians a The Grand Prix Subaru actually fixed the problem with a proper transmission and engine oil change.! Thank you all for your honesty!

Aside from Brian's fantastic sense of humor he answered all our questions seriously and assured use we made a great choice with the car we chose. He is professional and very thorough with detail before we even asked. We even got a very brief interesting history of Subaru ,well maybe not brief lol. Highly recommend to friends family and even strangers. Thank you Brian! Robert C & TJ

This was my 3rd Lease from Grand Prix Subaru, 1st the crosstrek, then the forrester and now the outback wilderness. Could not be happier with the car and deal that i got, all thanks to Agata Spina my sales Pro. Agata did everything possible to make me happy and she did, thanks Agata and Grand Prix Subaru.

We had a buy a used car for our daughter in a hurry. Brian helped us with a no nonsense approach. We left feeling we made the right choice and had all the pertinent information we needed I will not hesitate to go to him in the future. There was no hard sell and we felt he had our best interest in mind

I was looking for a used Subaru Forester and came across one on their lot. I am not a big fan of dealerships but went inside anyway.My experience at this dealership was suprisingly pleasant and easy.My salesman Brian Kochnower was incredible in his knowledge and has a great personality. Everyone i dealt with was topnotch.
