Was able to settle terms on a end of lease vehicle and leave with 2 new leases, everything went great as they worked with me and mother vw for the best deal possible. They didn’t stop until I was happy with deal. No pressure tactics and even received personal text to make sure everything was still good with vehicle purchases for the next few days after purchase. Will definitely recommend and do buisiness with them ahain

Snow king Mountain

Platinum VW is a fair and honest Car Dealer. You will not see the sales personnel running back and forth 5 times to make it took like the dealership is giving you a good deal. The sales personnel are upfront and there are no hidden deals. The finance Manager is the one who ultimately gives the best deal. Talking about their after sales service, the people on Nelson avenue in hicksville are the best and the friendliest staff you will meet anywhere. I just did not want to deal with other brands or their after sales and service personnel. I bought my VW jetta in 2013 from Platinum VW and I know their warm and friendly service. So I had no choice but to go back to Platinum VW.

Sales manager is an arrogant twit

I visited this dealer as I had was shopping around for a lease on a Jetta SEL. I had visited 3 other dealers and had done my due diligence on line . I knew what I could lease the car for. I e-mailed the sales person the quoted prices I had already received, and was assured that they could meet or beat any Volkswagon price in the Northeast. And they had the car pure white with the black interior in stock. The salesperson that set up the appointment for us to come in was not there when I arrived. The sales person that assisted me , could not make any decisions without (Twit) The sales manager. The sales people are polite and professional, The sales manager whom I refer to as TWIT is very friendly while greeting people on the floor, and assuring them they will be taken care of in minutes , Does a god job of screening customers for the sales people. Once it comes to pricing Twit becomes Twit , Telling me the price I have is wrong , and there is no way anyone is going to stick to that and when you get to the finance guy everything will change Their price was 24.00 a month more than the other quotes I had . I asked why they wasted my time to drive from Long Beach to Hicksville , when he knew they could not keep their promise of meet or beat, Again he started with I sell more Volkswagons than anyone, nobody can beat my price , I left . 24.00 a month over the lease term comes to 864.00 . If you want a Volkswagon go to Sunrise Volkswagon in Lynbrook. Ask for Greg and their finance guy is also a good guy , no gimmicks. No BS

Mister

I recently leased a 2018 VW Atlas from Platinum VW and the service and sales staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a VW.

Brand New 2019 Jetta

I had such a pleasant and warm welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Manny was magnificent in answering any and all questions we had. He was a gentleman, and did not try to over sell or steer us in any other direction. He was direct, honest, and worked with us to find the best possible solution for everything under the sun when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. He shared incentives with us and gave us many options. The finance manager also worked very well with us in ensuring we had the best possible quote we could have. I was pleased with my experience at Platinun Volkswagen and would recommend it to everyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Amazing Experience

This was our first experience buying a Volkswagen and will not be our last. We leased a 2018 Atlas last November and no sooner got it home and had a broken sunroof shade. Josh and his team did everything they could to have the issue repaired, and after 4 months and 2,400 miles, they replaced our Atlas with a new one with even more options than we originally had and never deducted our mileage from the lease. Beat customer service I have never experienced a dealership! Thank you Josh and your team at Platinum! We LOvE our new Atlas!!

Horrilble Dealership Josh the owner is very rude

Stay away from this dealership. I has the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the owner josh at this dealership. He was nothing but arrogant and rude and would not listen to a customer who wanted to buy. When feed back was giving about miss information given about the cars by his sales man he could not handle it and proceed not us he would not sell us a car. Wow.

WOWED!

Moses,Darlene,Josh and Adam the best experience "ever " getting a car. A great team effort. They made sure I got the right car for me. It was not about the price. I'll be back next year for another car.
