John Grossman, John Grossman, John Grossman... did I say John Grossman!??! Caring, competent, went the extra mile to get me the most comprehensive service, for the least amount of money. Does it get any better?! I had only days left to my extended warranty. John made sure that I got the best deal to check most everything out. $69.99 synthetic oil change, 29 point exam included free, which led to... several items covered by my Fidelity extended warranty. Throw in a new hi-end low beam for 10% off, and bingo! I'm on the road in two business days, good as... well, better than before! Did I say, "Thank you, John!" ???! And thank you Platinum VW! From start to finish. A gracious, caring, professional team of mine! :)

Brought my car in for service back in March and had an excellent experience. They fully inspect the and provide a video detailing any issues and what needs to be repaired. This is the first I've experienced this type of service which made it comfortable knowing what was wrong without being there. I had to bring the car back again in June for a noise and they repaired the car quickly and worked with my third party warranty company with no issues. Another great aspect to this service shop is they do motorcycle inspections. This is definitely a one stop shop when you need your VW fixed and need a quick inspection for your bike. Steve and John are good guys and take care of their customers.

I just purchased my second car, a 17 Jetta GLI from salesman Joe D and will never go to another dealer again. You are treated with respect by very knowledgeable salespeople. I had shopped around to get the best price and it seemed I knew more about the cars than they did but not when you are dealing with Joe at Platinum.
