Not very nice to customers

They have lied to me about fixing my Jeep in 2017. And now check eng light is on and it is the catalytic converter that was read by Auto Zone before i brought it back to them. They didnt fix everything that was read on the sheet that i gave them from auto zone . They had my jeep for a week and told me a totally different thing that was wrong with the Jeep . This business should be shut down with all these bad reviews i have read

Totally Awesome

My Salesman Mark was Very informative and helpful and Tom was also very easy to close the deal with. My new Tucson was properly detailed 👍 and again Mark answered all questions I had about the Tucson.

Leased a car, brought car in and purc;hased car. Over charge

I leased a car. bought it out after lease --paid way over retail on car and when went in dealership to trade in they claim car is worth nothing basically They had not problem overcharging me to purchase this after lease but now worth nothing?? They send out flyers junkers worth at least 3500. but tell me my 2012 Nissan Altima in excellent condition is not worth even 3500.. they advertise junkers for 3500? They charged me 16000;00 for this car in 2015 ?? and now worth 2500.00. Are you serious? They are liars, totally rip off customers. They have lied to me in past and I would never buy a car from them ever again.

Hyndai Elantra Lease

Great service. Tom and Mark were great and helped me get a good deal so both sides were happy :). Also Maria was kind/helpful at the end and answered all of our questions. The Allstate agent checked rates and helped us setup the new car on my insurance. One last thing i want to mention is I never felt very pressured to make a decision , other than the fact that they were eager to have our business. Great people I would reccomend to a friend.

Diagnostics - Don't waste your time or money.

You better know what's wrong with your car. And it's in their data base. Definitely will not extend themselves to diagnosis issue. Narrow minded techs. Go to Pepboys they've real mechanics.

Worst experience EVER!!!!!

After months of online searching I came across a good deal on a used truck. I emailed the dealer to check the availability of the vehicle and was told it’s still available. I drove 64 miles to the dealer and took it for a test drive. Now, we sit down Togo over the numbers and I xxxx near fell out of my seat! I tell the salesman I used their online payment calculator and our numbers are WAY off. I pull up Riverhead Nissans website and show the salesman .... $10,000 difference .... they’ve had the wrong price listed for at least 2 weeks. $10,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 others chime in and laugh “oh, that’s a great deal”. No “we’re sorry”, nothing! Total incompetence, poor oversight and no customer service!!! Stay away!!!
