Honda CRC service

Steve Smith is the only service tech (manager) I deal with. Any time I dealt with others I was not satisfied. When I trade in my Honda CRV’s it will be because he works there! BRW ~ It is my plan to teade in both CRV’s sinetimevin 2020.

Service

Joe Wiley did a great job in getting me in and out quickly. Service Dept is fast and efficient, great and confortable waiting area. Like the fresh fruit as a healthy alternative, but also miss the donuts.

Good Service Experience

Going to Lia Honda for a service visit is like entering a different world. Showing up with a potential issue and no appointment and being welcomed is a new experience. I did that recently and in a great and stressed hurry as well and Rodney Curl got me out in good time and with all issues resolved. He also took the time to explain and that is invaluable. Thank YOU!

Service at Lia Honda, Albany, NY

Needed NYS Inspection for my 2012 CRV. Joe Calabucci was wonderful - kind, friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. Service was thorough and prompt - no repairs needed at this visit, and they washed my car! Thank you, Joe and Lia Honda.

Wonderful experience

Normally I hate car shopping but that was not the case at Lia Honda of Albany, it was easy, no pressure , salesman was knowledgable, friendly but not annoyingly so and i found the whole experience very refreshing

1000 mile new vehicle service

The service writer explained how long the service should take which was very accurate. He found me in the showroom, provided my key and the location where my vehicle was parked and informed me that it had been washed. I cannot imagine a better experience.

Oil change/maintenance visit

Joe Calabucci was wonderful. He checked me in and let me know of any maintenance needed and wasn’t pushy at all. He went over the detail from their visual inspection and even threw in a car wash! I’m loving my Honda CRV!

Easy to do Business

Christian Skinner ROCKS!! I was having issues with tire pressure in all my tires— no leaks but kept losing air? I put 32 psi in all tires before I drove out to the dealership... down to 30 psi by the time I got there. No appointment... but took me right away. Needed an inspection and oil change too.. No hassles. Quick , courteous service. I’ve been leasing for years with them and will continue. Everyone at this dealership is fantastic!

No pressure, fast, friendly experience

Needed to get a new car asap after an accident. I told Bo Smith my situation and he help me get the car I wanted and got me into it very fast with out any upselling. I really appreciate that my time wasn't wasted and that I got an amazing deal too!
