Joe Wiley was professional, friendly and right to the point. My CRV was in for service for about one hour. Waiting room had coffee and fruit.

Excellent service

My Accord had a running light issue. Took it into Lia, and Steve Smith greeted me in a timely manner. The department appeared busy that day, but he had a positive attitude and provided attentive customer service. Steve ordered a replacement part and gave me a call the next day when it arrived. This was a day earlier than expected. Everything was communicated clearly and efficiently to me.

Lia Honda - Glad That Servicing Where I Purchased

Rodney Curl was awesome to me - welcoming, thorough in his explanations and service to my car and exhibited his appreciation for my business through action! I purchased my car from Lia Honda, but wasn't expecting to do service where I purchased my car. But Rodney has changed my mind, and I will bring my car nowhere else. Another nice touch was the bowl of fresh fruit that was in the waiting room rather than the normal donuts. Good service and healthy eating! Thanks so much, Rodney and Lia Honda!

Excellent customer service!

I recently visited Lia Honda for an oil change. The dealership is awesome. Comfy and clean and friendly. My service representative, Joe Calabucci, was wonderful.. he explained my options and the services being performed. He answered all of my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I’m so happy I purchased (and maintian) my first new car from Lia.
