Timing Belt for my 2011 Honda Odyssey
I have been receiving e-mail reminders about the need to replace my timing belt since it is one of the service needs and my odometer reading was past 110,000. I wasn't sure it was really necessary and had some reservations because I knew it would be expensive. I called Rodney Curl (who always is there for me} since I was planning a trip out of state the next week. Rodney patiently answered all my questions and explained the need to have this belt replaced before my next out of state trip. I had the work done and and very happy with the way everything was done.

Problem with a check engine message and 3 bad cykinders
The problem was diagnosed quickly, explained so that I could understand the technical issues, and fixed - Lia Honda provided a loaner car without charge, The advisor and other team members were professional and responded with integrity. A great place to do business. I will purchase my next Honda at Lia Honda!!!! It's all about people and they understand that from the service manager and all the service staff. And they are consistent!

I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2005 when we bought our first Honda Element. I now have a used Element and have been bringing it in since owning it in 2015. The service is excellent and I know I can trust the servicemen and managers to treat me fairly. Always very courteous and helpful.

Rodney Curl, our service advisor, provided an excellent experience during the recent servicing of our Honda Accord. He was friendly and polite, and provided very helpful information on what we could do to improve the performance of our car given that we tend to put little mileage on it during an average week.

I've been getting my car serviced at Lia Honda, for quite some time now and must say that I've never been disappointed. The people are friendly and very honest in addressing any questions. Especially Joe who is always smiling as he greets me. Usually I prefer to wait for my vehicle and that itself is a pleasant situation. Waiting area is comfortable and I'm usually out before the intial initial wait time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service here.
