About our dealership

For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather Jerry in Kalamazoo Michigan the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years learning more about the industry community and our customers' needs every day.

Enjoyed meeting Mr.Orlando he was very professional. Helped us with our purchase of our new Silverado truck.will be a returning customer for future purchases. And will recommend this dealership .everyone i met at this dealership was very friendly and professional. Everyone was helpful no one left you un attended.

I scheduled an oil change (prepaid) and inspection online. I immediately received a call telling me I had to reschedule. After doing so, I broke my left hip and elbow in a sports accident. I was able to a relative to assist with driving from 6/18 to 6/24. However, after explaining my situation, no accomodation was offered. I reached out to Joel by email and then phone to see if he had a suggested alternative and received no response. I'm not sure who else to call. After buying 3 chevys here since 2012 and getting all service done here, I had hoped to see the loyalty returned Customer service involves empathy and that was sorely missing. I'm now scheduled for July 3 and hopefully I will be cleared to drive. 2 stars is generous based on this. I even suggested allowing someone from the dealer pick it up and complete the service. Oh well, a lesson learned.

To be fair, I am adding an update. I did get a VM on 6/19 in the afternoon from Kevin, the service manager. Joel had asked him to call me after getting my email. I did not know he was calling and did not get VM notification. I don't know how to edit the review. I called and left him a message. I appreciate the message but I was clear with the schedulers when I called about my situation and it could have been handled at that time without any more effort on my part. I did send a follow up to Lou in Finance on 6/24 as I will be getting oil changes ahead of the normal schedule because my driving will be limited. I paid for the 5 year plan and will still use it and do not expect questions when I do. I ended up getting the inspection at a place I am not comfortable with. I hope to now look forward to continuing to work with DeNooyer.

Have bought to new trucks from them and went in one day ahead of time for oil change without realizing it.They were very unacommadating to get me in.Was told to comeback next day drove a ways to get there.
