I have been a customer of Biggers Chevrolet for over 10 years. I always have a wonderful experience. The Service Writers always communicate very well and let me know what I need now or what I will need in the future. They always let me know how long I will have to wait for my car. This last experience, I was told it would take a few hours and they offered to drive me home. I live less than a mile away, so I walked, but I appreciated the offer.

As usual, Awsome experience, In-N-Out as quick as possible. Constant updates to let you know what’s going on. I just overall family atmosphere might have to go back there next weekend. I forgot to ask him to check one thing for me. No big deal in early out early.

Paide over $250 for something, I don't think was even done to my car. Brought my car in for an oil change, they tell my there is a small leak. And they would have to put something in the oil to see where the leak is. How did they do that while my car was sitting right out the window from the waiting room???
