We were looking for a new used vehicle for the wife. The online ad listed one for $5K below KBB, and it checked all the boxes. We called and spoke with Fredy Cruz. He emailed us all the information they had on the vehicle. We went in, and the vehicle was everything they said it was. The price was pretty fixed, and we knew her trade-in was not the best. Fredy worked with us to make the finance numbers palatable and overall made the experience as pleasurable as buying a car can be. Russell in Finance was quick, to the point, explained everything, and not the least bit pushy. He is good at what he does. I would definitely recommend Biggers to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

From my car in for service I want to check engine light came on Taylor told me it was a blocked PVC orifice which was routine maintenance was not covered under my warranty even though this is a known defect and there's a bulletin TS people and put out they screwed me over my engine blew 10,000 miles later don't ever buy a Malibu and don't ever take your car to bigger Chevrolet to get service work done
