I honestly can't rate the dealership as a whole because I currently have yet to purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I give them a high rating based on the addition of Darrel Simmons to their sales team. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Darrell over the span of the past 10 years. I've had a great experience with each of those vehicles. The process was smooth and inviting from beginning to end. I anticipate the same process in my not too distant..... future purchase.😊

In general the dealership is catching up to the services

In general the dealership is catching up to the services provided by Marshall Ford. The first time I attempted to set an oil change there was a misunderstanding of time of service. The latest time I set for service went well. Darnell Terrell is an excellent sales associate. He explained all capabilities of my new Ranger and has been a great source of help to me when needed.

Inquired about purchasing/ ordering a vehicle via email

Inquired about purchasing/ ordering a vehicle via email which Brittney quickly responded and told me Chris would be in touch with me very shortly. After 48hrs of no contact I sent a follow-up email to Brittney, to which she told me someone would be in contact with me very shortly. Another 24 hours went by still no info. Not the first run in I've had with this dealership, had plenty of service issues recently as well. Customer service is definitely not a top priority for this dealership.

UNETHICAL, DISHONEST DON'T TRUST ANYTHING! Friends and family. Piece of advise, don't purchase anything from CLEMENT FORD in O'fallon MO. They would not honor the price on my order sheet when I went to pick up my truck. My actual order form had a price locked at $92,290 with MSRP at $97,290. I had to pay $97,790 before they would let me drive away. They stole my downpayment of $500 that was cashed in March of 2021. I sold my truck under it's value based on the price we agreed for the new 2022 F450 Dually Truck of $92,290. Waited 9 months and drove 18 hours to pick up on Jan. 13th. They refused to do the deal at $92,290. Before I could get possession and head back to Florida where I was vacationing, I was forced to pay $97,790. What a RIPOFF! I asked for my truck back and they said that wasn't possible. I was also told they don't honor the price from taking over Marshall's dealership. What they refused to understand since they are about greed is that the order form the day they took ownership says no price change. They also had 7 months to talk to me. My original salesman left this crooked dealership. I corresponded many times about my truck, I even mentioned that I heard there is a few shady dealerships were not honoring prices at delivery. They did not respond or inform me that is what they were going to do. I would have cancelled and kept my truck. They had me over the barrell since I needed the truck. RIPOFF DEALERSHIP!!!!
