Advertised base price(excluding tax and fees) was not honored. I was ready to purchase today, but was disappointed with the false advertising .So I walked out. It was a $1,185 difference. Bait and switch. I understand how your business operates. Online clearly states the base price, dealer fees, taxes, title and registration. So what other fees am I missing that adds an additional $1,185 to my online quote? Carlos could not explain it. Overall a pretty straightforward question that no one at your dealership could not answer.

Today I reached out to them about a truck they had for sale. after going back and forth about the vehicle they informed me they are charging an additional 5k since I am using cash or my own financing. after looking into the vehicle they were selling more I found out it was sent to auction since it was rolled in an accident. they forgot to mention that. These people are really shady and would recommend staying away at all costs. WATCH THEIR FINE PRINT>>

Stay away from David and this dealer. Told me $12k, then 15k, then 17.5k throughout the course of a single day. All the other reviews are correct and this is a sleazy used car dealership that is not worth wasting a few days for them to screw you when they send the actual pricing over. Don’t let them drag you along and waste your time with fake pricing!! David is not a good person to work with.

I came across the dealership as a last resort if I couldn’t get my preferred car. Once I alerted the website that I wanted more info, I was immediately contacted by the auto agent and then David from CarYou. From our initial conversation, David listened to what I wanted and never tried to sway me unless I asked for his opinion. I did not end up getting the car I went to look at; I got something better. The car quality is amazing; there is a car there for every budget. The process was painless and even when we met a little hiccup, David (and the rest of the amazing team) worked swiftly to make sure I had my car.

This dealer is not to be trusted. Be advised that the advertised price is what you will paid regardless of how much deposit you give them. Also when asked if the car comes with any warranties from the dealer, they will tell you it comes with a year warranty (engine and transmission) but what they don't tell you is that the dealer is adding a $1,500 mandatory warranty on your car contract. Do not sign the contract by email, make sure the seller prints you in paper the full contract before you sign it! I would not recommend any one to buy from this dealer. Stay away from this place.
