They take care of you, but there's always an issue.

They take care of you, but there's always an issue. There's always something. They forget to put something back or something never smooth. The guys that work in the office for service are nice, but it's never 100% smooth.

$ 200. 00 for an oil change do i need to say anymore what a joke. The Service Rep. was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the dealer had my truck

Hi Sir, I get my service at this dealership. I took the car in for a recall and they said they don't have parts to do the recall after car was dropped off. Service person was not very helpful. Another complain I have is that my under car shields were not installed. They are missing. Technician must have left them off.

I should have been given a loaner car since the problem

I should have been given a loaner car since the problem was a defective motor. Dan was able to get my rental car covered, but we weren't sure that was going to happen. I had to rent a car for 17 days which could have been a big expense. Thanks to Dan, I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. And, he also made sure that my regular service was done while I had it in for the the defective motor.
