Very poor service department.
Very poor service department. Does not keep you updated on your vehicle at all. When you call they don’t return phone calls at all. It’s crazy I have to drive down to this ford place to see what’s going on with my car. The repairs we’re supposed to be fix I drove the car a block and the same thing happened I returned the car haven’t heard back from them since if there was a 0 you guys would get that.

Service Advisor Barrett was outstanding.
Service Advisor Barrett was outstanding.. Since I was unable to be there, he worked with my son. Barrett was extremely Personable and helpful. Once my Bronco was dropped off, Barrett kept me apprised of the status throughout the day via Phone. Once my car was ready for pick up, my son was allowed to get my car and I paid the Bill over the phone. Barrett is extremely proficient, great to talk with and has a wonderful personality. All of my experiences with Barrett and Diamond Ford are enjoyable, pleasant and professional. Barrett is to be commended for his superior job.
