THE OLD BATE AND SWITCH
Saw a car on Cars.com. When I went in to the dealership to see the car when I was told the car was $10k MORE than listed. The salesman, lucky for him I forgot his name, was arrogant and laughed at what I was looking to spend. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Bait & Switch
Car listed at $35k, when I got to the dealership they said no the car price is $40k. So why is it listed as $35k? Bait and switch of course. On top of marking up the car $5k, they add on a $1995 certification fee and a processing fee of $995. You still have taxes, registration etc. due. A car that was $35k is now $50k. I asked to see the invoice, sales manager Anthony comes out with a FAKE BOGUS invoice. Don't bother asking for the invoice, they won't show you the real one. My car is listed on kbb for trade-in for $7k. They offered me $3.5k!! Do not go here, it is the typical bait and switch dealership. Don't believe those google reviews you see, its a marketing scheme of phone reviews!!
They switch the price once you make an inquiry and don’t honor the price given to you! Save yourself the hassle from shopping with them terrible customer service as well.
