In the process of selling my car online, I very quickly got a text from Westgate Pre-Owned, stating that they were interested in looking at my car. I met Hayden as I drove up and he introduced me to Romeo. They inquired about what I wanted for the car and in a short period of time match my offer without any haggle or negotiations. Rouchelle, very quickly, had all the paperwork that was required to finalize the sell. I usually don't write reviews, but this was a very painless and easy transaction. Hayden even offered and gave me ride back to my house. Good folks!

I helped my mom recently buy a car. We looked at several dealerships in the area, and wound up choosing Westgate preowned. We worked with Hayden, who was extremely professional, helpful, patient, answered all of our questions, and let my mom take as many test drives with different cars as she needed to. They will definitely get my business again, and I highly recommend both Westgate Preowned and Hayden.

I have lived here my whole life and noticed that westgate opened a new store in the area and i needed another reliable car for real estate purposes and i was assisted by Hayden, who was a very professional gentleman and he couldn’t have been more help to me! The manager Romeo made the process very smooth and comfortable as well. Wouldn’t go to any other pre owned dealer they got me my Honda accord within the week and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase!

I bought a vehicle last November in 2022, with a cracked windshield. They were to fix it but never did. The next month the engine light came on. They resolved the issue,but never told me what caused the problem. I had to replace the waterpump in late January and now i have to replace head gaskets.

I purchased and financed a 2017 Ford Escape. I drove it for two years and the transmission went out. Had it taken to dealer because I bought a warranty with the car. Upon getting the car in, the dealer called n said there is coolant leaking Into the motor and that I DO NOT ha e Mechanical coverage. The warranty they talked me into covers the Radio 🤦‍♂️... Then he said tou need a transmission AND AN ENGINE!!! That's a xxxxing whole car! And I still owe 13 grand. Now the finance company trying to pressure me to pay for a xxxxing car I can't drive and the dealer is absolutely no help whatsoever!!! I have filed with the BBB and. Contacted my lawyer.... STAY AWAY!!!

Buyer Beware….. Please stay away from this dealership, especially the boss Mr. Musa. He is the definition of a racist. He doesn’t like minorities and treat them differently. I went to buy a van for my family and the staff completely ignored me. The sales guy was laying on the couch and I heard the boss say “ignore them they will leave”. Very rude and unprofessional environment. I will never patronize this place

Had to get a new car really fast and they helped me out when I was in a jam. Was really happy with the price and couldnt have gotten that anywhere else. Went to several other places and wasnt happy with any of them. Definitely check them out.
