This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. Drove from Toledo to look at a truck and I called before I left. They said the truck would be there and to come on down. Two miles before we got there they texted and said the truck was not there because they sent it to get work completed but, they would take us to see it. Went to see it but they didn`t have keys so I couldn`t hear it run or test it out. They said they would get it fixed and meet me halfway to see it after the repairs. Didn`t happen. Called many times with no call backs. Conner is not much of a salesman. After a week of getting the run around the told me the truck was sold. I don`t recommend this dealership

Terrible service I contacted them 3 times to ask about a

Terrible service I contacted them 3 times to ask about a car and no call back and had to drive all the way out there just to talk to someone only to find out it was sold

When we walked in we were greeted right away.

When we walked in we were greeted right away. Their knowledge of trucks was extremely good. They had a lot on their lot to chose from and they were priced good. Dave and Eben were very personable and easy to work with. They spent a lot of time with us and made sure we were getting the best truck for our needs. We would definitely work with Vally Chevy in Wellington again! A 10 out of 10 experience!!

Purchased truck from Carson and Dave.

Purchased truck from Carson and Dave. Great experience no pressure. Usually hate going to dealer but this was great. Had what they said and no extra fees. Would highly recommend !!! Thanks again

Chris Massaro the service manager is a man of integrity

Chris Massaro the service manager is a man of integrity and honesty. I had some issues after they put new injectors in my truck. Chris was very concerned and went over and above to make things right. I understand mistakes can be made and it is very reassuring when the people you pay to do a job back up their work and won’t let you leave until you’re satisfied!!

Aaron Anderson went out of his way for us. We had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, unfortunately we arrived 5 minutes prior to closing, as this dealership is 1 hour from our home. Aaron waited for us, took us for a test drive and we negotiated a purchase price long after the dealership closed for the day. Although we could not agree on a price, Aaron was extremely appreciative and gracious when we left the dealership, without a new vehicle. However, he did contact us the next day and we were then able to negotiate a price. Our vehicle has been outstanding and our contact with Aaron has continued to be wonderful. He is currently working with our daughter to find a pre-owned vehicle. We will always recommend Brother's Chevrolet to friends and family, even though it is quite far away. It is a great hometown dealership with hometown employees who treat you like their friend and neighbor.
