I buyed new 2025 carnival, ever since i buy, i am having washer fluid leak, took to dealership for 3 times, still the issue is ongoing. Poor service, worst experience

As car buying experiences go, frankly I’ve never been a big fan. KIA of North Austin and their staff have demonstrated to me that I was perhaps just buying cars from the wrong people. From their Director of Finance, Cory, my sales rep Syd to the service folks, Daniel and his team, everyone there made sure my expectations weren’t only met, but far exceeded. And I will say the Telluride is a delight to drive and I look forward to many years of enjoyment from this entire experience. These folks know what “client first” means and they walk their talk. Kudos to the entire KIA team. Well done.

To clarify, the only way your car would be equipped with a GPS tracker is either through a built-in feature from the original manufacturer or as an add-on that is disclosed to you as part of a security or protection package. Our dealership does not install tracking devices without customer consent. Kia North was on point with there txt messages and
Kia North was on point with there txt messages and offered me a drop ride to my job even though I didn’t need one also send me a video of my multi point inspection and Ms Wells was nice and polite and easy to talk to because all I made the appointment was for a oil change she was cool with me adding tire rotation and balance. Yes I will be coming back for sure
