Waste of time
I didn't sugar coat anything. I was open with Destiny about my credit issues. I drove an hour and half to get there to be told something that could have been told to me over the phone. I told her several times that I didn't want to waste her time nor mine but guess what happened.... image that huh. Its not their fault for credit past but when someone tells me that they don't want to waste their time for a no then don't do it.

I am so sorry about this situation. I totally understand your frustration and the fact that you felt like there was time wasted. We try our hardest to get everyone approved. We have better success when the consumer is in store. We have better success when the consumer is in the store. At times, we have lenders on-site to help us in putting customers into cars and having customers in the store could help in relaying the story of what could have occurred to impact your credit. Even after customers leave we continue to work on their applications to see if possibly another bank approves. Thank you for your review and again we are sorry about your experience.
First experience
I am a first timer so when thinking about getting a new car I was terrified and honestly had no idea what would happen. Will was super helpful and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. The dealership worked with my budget and made what I needed to work. I would never pick another place to get another car. I love Kia.

This was the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made and that’s all thanks to Wills Philyaw! Wills made this car purchase seamless, he went straight to the point and provided all the necessary information including all the incentives offered by Kia which allowed us to make a quick decision in purchasing our Kia Sorento. He was very energetic and enthusiastic and delivered in a timely manner! Alex Bedolla, facilitated all the paper work and was able to breakdown all the different warranty coverages in a simple way! AMAZING Experience!
I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I came to this dealership. I was upside down on a 2017 Nissan Altima I purchased 2 years ago. I have been desperately needing a bigger vehicle because I now have 3 kiddos (2 in car seats, and a teen that is sprouting like a weed right now). Because I was upside down on my loan, it made it difficult for me to get into another car with the negative equity on my car. I was told by another dealership that there would be no way to get in the car I wanted with the negative equity on my head. Lauren worked with me on the sale, and let me tell you that she was freaking amazing from start to finish! She listened to me, and was confident that they could get me a lower rate than what my credit union was offering. I was hesitant, but I truly believed she had my best interest in mind so I allowed them to check with their lenders. Alex was phenomenal on the finance end! I am so thankful for these 2. He was able to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union had offered me! Like bro, I mean if that is not amazing then I don’t know what to tell you. Moving forward, we will not be looking anywhere else for a vehicle. It is because of this experience, I am now a loyal Kia driver.

Nightmare
Terrible service non-negotiable on price and they even let me drive my vehicle off the lot without any oil in it enough said I live in Bastrop so I drove that vehicle all the way here without any oil in it I'm rather shocked it's still running

Great staff, good post sales service, recommend it!
It has been always a great experience at this dealer, since our first car in the US. Ivan is very knowledgeable and he usually does not make us feel under pressure at all (this is usually what makes us run away from other dealers, BTW). We have been servicing our cars also there since we bought them. Service is good and honest. Staff in general is usually very kind and respectful. I definitely recommend Southwest Kia. You will have a great experience there!
