From the moment we walked in the door, Wills was exuberantly helpful. There were no high pressure tactics, just happy optimism. I returned a few days later to see what magic they could do with my upside down trade in and Cody did not disappoint. Jeremiah made the finance process simple and quick. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a thorough test drive and great buying experience.

Buying a new Kia Sedona
Buying this car was a new experience. Most of the actually picking out of a car was done all online. When we arrived at the dealership the car we had chosen was there. We were happy with the final product and would purchase here again.

This is a CIRCUS not a car dealership
Long story short, we went in looking to purchase a brand new vehicle, Sales Manager Derek was extremely unprofessional (he got pissed and walked away when we said we needed time to decide). Went in a second time only to be standing around watching clowns try to play golf in their sales offices. Based on my understanding, SouthWest Kia employees are salaried (they do not earn a commission), so it makes sense if they do not care about their customers. TLDR; they do not care about you, your needs or your business, take your money and spend it somewhere else.

Pricing was not the main issue with the dealership, as you can see that is the only aspect that I gave anything more than the minimum of 1 star. I was initially attracted to the dealership because of its competitive pricing. I was foolish enough to try to make things work because of its competitive pricing. However, I finally realized that the staff at the dealership were incompetent and irresponsible. It is not worth saving a little money to endure such terrible services. Ended up spending a little more at Kia of South Austin for the same car, but I was happy spending every single extra dollar. I highly recommend Kia of South Austin over SouthWest Kia- Austin.

Great Customer Service and MAINTENANCE Support
Been coming since 2011 and even though got 150K on the Sorento, still go to KIA Southwest for maintenance. John Sheeks is TERRIFIC ADVISOR! All was thorough (numerous little things) and came out great. Kept me informed every step and even looked for good deal on a "junkyard" part that we still good. Over and Above for support....

Happy surprise!
Manny checked me in both times I visited for repairs, first for damage repairs and a week later to change out parts that had been ordered for additional repairs. I did not have actual appointments, due to the nature of my job and living an hour away, but they welcomed me as though I did have an appointment. Manny told me where stuff was, explained what needed to be done immediately versus needed to be done in the future, and made a list for me to take home. While waiting for my car, Manny discovered I regretted leaving my sweater in the car, but ZIP! Manny ran out and got my sweater out of my car and brought it to me. The hot chocolate awas ridiculously good! And I had my choice of waiting room couches, tables & chairs, or a re-charging station for phones & tablets. Very nice set up, exceptionally nice people, friendly salespeople in spite of not needing to buy a car. Manny was absolutely top-notch at explaining things to this tired old nurse! Yes, I will ne back and recommend to others! But, ask for Manny to help you!
