Kia of Frisco needs to work on maintaining their
Kia of Frisco needs to work on maintaining their commitments. I bought my Telluride in 2022. I paid several thousand dollars over MSRP. I was told they would pickup and deliver my car for service for free and gave no time limit on this commitment. I live about two miles from the dealership and beginning this year they said they no longer will provide this service for free unless you purchased within a year . Unfortunately, it was not in my sales contract, so I am not pressing the issue.

Mario was great to work with. The total price for the service work was less than expected. They arranged a ride to get me to work after I dropped my car off and back again after work to pick up my car. Very happy with the overall experience.

Your call center sucks.
Your call center sucks... I tried and tried to relay a message to my service advisor, Peter Gabriel and it took weeks for me to get through to him. Peter is awesome and deserves a large increase in his compensation.
