Yama has sat with me for almost 6hrs through all the

Yama has sat with me for almost 6hrs through all the process.He made the whole process seamless & transparent. He gave me good deals on the final price.I came to the dealership for only half day and bought the car.Yama took care of everything including mailing me a licence plate, getting insurance & booking me an appontment to install splash guards. I didnt go to dmv/insurance companies inperson, everything was made easy Yama was very helpful & made everything great & easy

On Jan 21, I called (925) 344-3522 at ~1:15PM and left a

On Jan 21, I called (925) 344-3522 at ~1:15PM and left a message for the repair of the 2018 Honda-CRV EGI recall. Justin Winn called me back at 1:45PM and scheduled for the replacement on Mon, 1/26/2026 since I could not bring the car sooner. We met at 7:30AM on 1/26/2026 and I was greeted cordially. He was meticulous and instructed us to leave the gas tank between ½ and ¼ full so to avoid gasoline spillage. He ordered the parts for the replacements. He effectively communicated though the text messaging and kept me inform of necessary replacements of the engine & compartment air filter with the total cost. I approved the additional replacements. Three hours later he informed that we could pick up the car. He took care of the transaction and even attached a Vehicle-Emission-Recall Proof of Correction for my Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice that came in the mail on 1/29/2026. I appreciated the detailed level of attention & anticipation he dedicated to enable a smooth and seamless process, an excellent service.

I pulled up to the service center and a rep was outside

I pulled up to the service center and a rep was outside to greet me and had my paperwork in hand. He invited me to go inside and wait at his station. He came in and asked if I needed a service shuttle. He promptly set to using his computer to look for any recalls or coupon options for me. He set up the paperwork. I signed the estimate and left in the shuttle.

My attempt to schedule service on your new web site was a disaster. In the past I could simply go to a calendar on the old web site and select an available appointment. This time every time I clicked on the option to make service appointment I was bounced back to a previous page. I did not want to log into Google.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my car to Livermore Honda for an alternator and battery replacement, and when they gave it back, my windshield had a huge crack they never disclosed. They only admitted fault after I proved it with tow-truck photos and dash cam video. The Assistant Service Manager, Daniel Oliveira, showed zero concern, dodged responsibility, and pushed me off to others. Communication was terrible — no callbacks, broken promises, and I had to keep showing up in person just to get updates. They even failed to order my replacement windshield the first time, offered no loaner car, and never honored the discount they promised for all the inconvenience. Livermore Honda damaged my car, denied responsibility until forced, ignored me at every step, and provided the worst customer service imaginable. Avoid this place at all costs.
