My online shopping experience was fantastic, very easy and very straightforward. Vihn was very honest about the trucks I was looking at and sent me detailed pictures. I had a bad experience dealing with an online salesman and expressed that to Vihn. He was very honest and didn’t have the “used car salesman” mentality.
