After several weeks of researching, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted — a luxury midsize SUV with a comfortable seat, good gas mileage, and under 10,000 miles. I had three specific vehicles on my list to test drive. Jared was professional, responsive, and genuinely knowledgeable about each one, which made the decision process straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how efficiently everything was handled. I chose my car, completed minimal paperwork, and was able to leave for a prior commitment — no pressure, no delays. I returned the next day, signed the final paperwork, and drove away in my new car. That kind of flexibility and respect for a buyer's time is rare and deeply appreciated. I recently purchased my second vehicle from eCarOne. They always have a good inventory and their pricing is fair. The process was simple and took less than ninety minutes over two visits (One to drive the car and one to complete the paperwork.). eCarOne and Trevor were great to deal with. My first choice was already sold so I thought nothing of it. Trevor made sure to know precisely what I was looking for and followed through to let me know when he had new stock that matched - and then some. It had every feature and more. My daughter and I drove almost 5 hours to pick up my Cybertruck and it was not even cleaned when I arrived! I was sent pictures showing my truck was in the bay to hide from a storm but when I arrived my truck was outside and looked like it had been off-roading as it was covered in dirt. Their detail job consisted of pressure washing the truck without soap while leaving the inside without detailed cleaning. When spending that much money on a vehicle you would expect it to at least be cleaned properly
