My online shopping experience was fantastic, very easy and very straightforward. Vihn was very honest about the trucks I was looking at and sent me detailed pictures. I had a bad experience dealing with an online salesman and expressed that to Vihn. He was very honest and didn’t have the “used car salesman” mentality. I highly recommend Vihn and eCarOne to anyone and everyone. If I’m looking for another auto, I would definitely look here first before going anywhere else. Also, delivery of my truck was smooth. My truck looked exactly like the pics I saw.

Very easy to work with.
Very easy to work with. The car I was interested in sold a before I arrived. They rep showed me a few other options and let me test drive two other vehicles. Those vehicles didn’t work out, but I’m hoping to do business with them soon.

He was attentive, professional and made sure that we had all the information we needed from the initial phone call to inquire about the GLC300 I had seen online to driving it off the lot as the new owner.
