Fees for A/c labor seemed excessive. The problem was fixed but costly. Also treatment was recommended that was done in the past 14 months

I've been using this dealership for probably 16 years or more, going back to when I'd come down from up north for a bit and get my Subaru serviced. Since moving here I've bought several cars there. I've always given them a great review and I'm doing so again, with one caveat. I recently lost one if my key fobs and was charged more than $400 for a new one. That's just taking advantage and ripping off a good customer. Disappointing.

I wasn’t expecting to lease a Subaru. I had been leasing Lexus cars for years. Subaru offered to pay off my 2024 Lexus and I received their offer the day after Lexus contacted me with a similar but much more expensive offer. With 5000 miles in almost 3 years it’s a good deal for Lexus to keep me. But I hated the 2924 Lexus. It was all digital. No handles anywhere and as an elderly woman I usually had to climb out to open the door for the passenger side. It was misery to drive. I ended up hating it. So I thought hey, Subaru has a good reputation. The white Forrestor in the show room, ungraded with leather seats suited me just fine. Nice salesman, nice staff who even bought me a candy bar as i was there so long i felt weak. All I can say is I drove home smiling and singing. Six months later I save money every month and I love my car. It’s white and it never gets dirty.

The service department was very efficient and kind. Service area was awesome clean and tidy.
