Great would do it again this is my fourth car buying at this dealership very happy

Very efficient, all work explained and options given. Price was fair. Service department very professional

they advertised the car as 15999 when i got there they added 1600 to the price saying it was to bring the car up to standard . New tires ,new battery all new filters and oil. After 3000 miles the battery went , the oil only has 11% left , and no change of any filters . which cost me 650 to get those things done . Typical used car sale dealer.

I was treated well from the moment they met me at my door and then opened the door for me to go inside I felt like I was a five star hotel with that welcome. Them they were timely with my service, patient in explaining other work I needed, and great about working within my budget for that time. I was very happy with the staff and the waiting room was comfortable as well.

From a customer attitude perspective, this dealership is better than the other one in the area. However, this dealership needs to set more reliable expectations when advising a customer how long it will be before an evaluation is done and/or when the work will be done. On both, I was told “about 20 minutes”. In reality, on both, it turned out being 50+ minutes each. Also, I visit this dealer every six months to take care of my Subaru. I did not appreciate having a list of potential issues explained to me when only two of them were mentioned when I was here two months ago. This is why people don’t take their cars to dealerships.

Was a really fun experience sales person was great. Would definitely go back there. Would recommend them for sure.

Don’t appreciate the assigned advisors, the lack of integrity, the constant calls and emails trying to drum up more business or get me to trade up. I especially have a problem with the push to perform additional (and sometimes unnecessary) services. I really wish I wasn’t forced to have my vehicle serviced by your service centers (I’ve been to 2 separate locations thus far) especially when I currently have to travel almost an hour to get there. On the positive side I absolutely love the car and would definitely recommend Subaru vehicles with no problem despite the high cost of maintenance. I also appreciate the corporate office employees that I’ve dealt with. Specifically the claims department.

Very good experience at this location. Brittney was great to work with on the trade and purchase of the vehicle. The follow up from inquiring about the vehicle to setting up the appointment for a test drive was professional. Interactions were honest and no pressure. Vehicle was up front and ready for the test drive. The staff were helpful in getting the paperwork and process of the transaction done. Pleasant experience and would recommend this dealership. It was a very good experience.
