Everyone including the receptionist, Brittany in Sales,finance manager and warranty manager were professional, friendly, and made my experience an exceptional one. I have been with the same dealership for 16 years in a different state and this Suburu dealership was above and beyond. They treat you genuinely and there was no pressure and outstanding offer. They got me in and fixed the same day. Ryan was fantastic to work with. He kept me updated with the progress. The waiting room was well maintained and had a great coffee machine.

Good dealership overall. I had a good sales experience. The Sales Manager and his team are excellent. I recently took the car for the first service. Although the service department was very busy, they took my vehicle in promptly and finished the oil change much more quickly than I expected. Good dealership all around.

Pricing is exceptional. Completion of the sale is streamlined. I felt too pressured to make a decision on the spot by managers, although my sales rep was extremely helpful.
