I was very disappointed in that my truck was NOT ready for me to pick up the day I had signed papers at my Credit Union. The salesmen new the items that needed to be taken care of before I got there. Communication was bad throughout the whole process from the manager and the salesmen. They were not rude to me, it was I was left in the dark on the process on things getting taking care of. I had to constantly call or text on the status of the truck. No one ever apologize on how what happened. Sad. This my second time to buy a vehicle from this location and will probably think twice the next time.
