While our sales guy, Kyle, was great the rest of the experience was not. Parts give no answers and if any issues come up with your vehicle you’ll have to go back and forth between dealerships and talk to multiple different individuals before anything is done. We had to leave nine hours away which was the whole reason for the truck we purchased and yet when our truck had a problem their only way to “help” (two days after purchasing) was to let us drive our old vehicle we traded in that couldn’t be driven more than 50 miles away. Safe to say we won’t be returning and Donalson shouldn’t have been our first ever dealership experience. Highly recommend Kyle though.
