Have purchased 4 vehicles over the last 20 years and have always had good experiences with the visits. This last one was a little frustrating as it took two visits that went for 3 hours each but in the end the Van Horn took care of all my needs.

Their model of multi-locations to pull in the right vehicle for customers is incredibly helpful. Especially once you find a sales person you can trust and want to work with. Corey Gill in the Plymouth location was open, honest and helpful- he ran to Sheboygan to bring my truck to the Plymouth dealership to make it easier on me to test drive. I will work with him and VanHorn again.

They got my car back and the time it was supposed to be
They got my car back and the time it was supposed to be but they had a change in mechanics during lunch and they were never told to finish my car so it was a little longer than it was supposed to be
