Both the trade-in evaluation and the purchase were done using a methodical approach. The entire process was friendly and low-pressure. I was very impressed with the trade-in value as well as with the pricing of the used vehicle I was looking at. Although I drove in ready to trade (clean vehicle, Title in hand), I assumed only a 25% chance I would leave with a different vehicle. As it went, the experience resulted in me driving away with a 2019 vehicle replacing my 2013, and I'm very happy with the vehicle and the experience.

I can’t speak for anyone but myself, so take my review for what you will. Patrick Greene is the gentleman from Van Horn In Plymouth Wisconsin that worked with me to get me in a new to me vehicle. As any hard working salesman, he did what was necessary to get me to agree to a sale regardless of my complete satisfaction. Patrick Greene still got the deal done with some push back on my end and concessions on his. Van Horn in Plymouth Wisconsin is about an hour from my house. I was trying to work with my local Uptown Chrysler dealership in Slinger Wisconsin that flat out REFUSED to work with me on price or discount incentives regardless of spending thousands of dollars for service work in their service department on my vehicle including my wife’s vehicle. Patrick Greene at Van Horn in Plymouth albeit testy with my pokes and xxxxxxat times took it in stride and got the deal done. Perhaps it was me giving up on dealing with the whole dealer shopping experience as I’ve been at it for a couple months and just wanted the stress and frustration with. Thanks to Patrick Greene I now have a vehicle and should be good to go for some time. Hopefully the next time I need a vehicle, there won’t be supply chain issues, record inflation and a Democrat president (FJB) so people can get 19% off msrp like 2019!

I never leave reviews but after my experience I had with Van Horn I felt like I had too. I bought a vehicle through Cody and it was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car. I’ve dealt with many car salesman in my life and Cody was the best I’ve ever worked with. He is the most honest, genuine and trust worthy salesman I’ve ever met.
