Great first buying experience

First time buying a new car. Great experience. They were willing to work with me on the price and warranty packages. Very knowledgeable about the product being sold.

New car

Sales contract took a while but overall was a positive experience. Service dept person was helpful explaining how to make apt. Everybody was very nice.

amazing service

Nice job

I enjoyed my time there. It was fast friendly and plenty complementary snacks. Plenty of entertainment while waiting. Makes the wait go faster. I was there in and out and they answered all my questions fast and friendly.

Ron Carter Rocks

Ron Carter Hyundai totally exceeded my expectations for purchasing a car. I had used their service department for my previous Hyundai Sonata's needs and was very pleased which encouraged me to look their first for my new vehicle. I was impressed with the knowledge of my sales person, Paul, that showed me the difference between three different Hyundai vehicles that I had an interest in.

Argumentative Sales Agent

I had three different people e-mail me regarding my appointment; finally, the day of the appointment I met with one of them after driving 1.5 hours to get there with a friend who came with me. The salesman was immediately rude; made negative comments about my auto; which is in pretty much perfect condition; after looking at the offer; I knew that it would not work...salesman did not want to work with me and the arguing continued. Finally, when I saw that we were going no place; I decided to leave; his comment "we have another buyer looking at the auto now". He made several other under the breath comments....as we left I ask about the $250 gift card offered; which were absolutely useless. Anyway, as leaving the parking lot of the dealership; the gate on the exit was not secure and it crashed into the side of my car; leaving a big gouge. I went back in to tell someone - they referred me back to the salesman. His remark was "how long were you sitting there"? which had nothing to do with anything. We were waiting for traffic on the feeder to clear. Anyway; they said they would fix it...did not say when.....said they would furnish me a rental...did not say when....my friend and I left.....have heard from no one from dealership.

disappointed

My previous Sonata purchase was fine and went very smoothly. This purchase was so different. I allowed my wife to decide the car she wanted and we had already driven one test car, so we didn't see any need to try this one out.... We didn't discover the advanced mileage until we picked the car up. No sales person mentioned that the car 10,000 miles.
