Walked into Ron Carter just looking/shopping around for the best deals. After speaking with the salesman and working on the numbers we drove out with a new car.

When arriving at Ron Carter I already had a sour taste in my mouth after dealing with a previous dealership earlier in the day. The minute I walked in the door Jarred Howard introduced himself and immediately he seemed kind, sincere and like someone I could trust. The cool thing is - I felt the same way when I drove out of the parking lot with my new car. There wasn't lots of haggling - he knew upfront where I needed to be and I felt like he respected that and didn't try to get me into something he knew I couldn't afford just so he could make an extra $. Kerry in finance couldn't have been nicer either. Just overall - I can honestly say this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!!!

From the moment you walk into the dealership you're greeted with the customer service level I've come to expect as a potential customer. I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter and had a particular vehicle in mind due to our budget. We were there to see Johnny Gomez whom was referred by our credit union as the sales rep. Our experience with Johnny was great. He is not only knowledgable, but experienced, patient, courteous, and above all honest. He treated my daughter and I with integrity and respect. After test driving the vehicle we came to an agreement only after a couple of attempts to keep us within our budget. After the sale, Johnny took his time to go over the car details, functions, as well as paperwork to ensure we were satisfied customers. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Johnny who treats his customers as top priority.

This was an awesome experience! Everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly. Buying a car usually takes an entire day and I was in and out in about 4 hours.
