My retired parents were in need of a new/dependable vehicle. Did some research online and decided that the Hyundai Sonata was the best car for them (based on vehicle dependability, price, fuel economy, and manufacture warranty). After searching online, Ron Carter Hyundai had the best deals on the Sonata. Since the minute we got there, JARRED HOWARD made us feel at home. He showed my parents the cars and was very knowledgeable on the different trims and features of the car. Once my parents selected the color, Jarred took us to a lot where he showed us all the Sonatas available in that color. My parents made their selection of trim - test drove it - and loved it. Then we went inside to do the negotiation. When Ron Carter advertises "we will beat any deal" and "all prices are negotiable- even ePrices" they mean it. My parents got a great deal on their car, and also on their trade-in. Everyone who helped us was very helpful and nice, from the sales rep, to the sales manager, to the finance manager. Great experience overall. Highly recommend Ron Carter Hyundai and their staff. The facility is also very nice, and offer free refreshments and also popcorn, fruits, and hotdogs!! AAA+++++

Stephen payne went above and beyond the levels of superior customer service. From start to finish he was there always in contact with me by phone and email. He even arranged to have me picked up from hobby airport once i arrived. It took a little bit of work but they were able to work with me despite my credit. All i can say is for this being my first time buying a car its not the first time ive been at a dealership and i was pleased.At the dealership itself i was treated with respect, and dignity.
