Not particularly happy with service provided.

Not particularly happy with service provided. Explained perceived problem, but something else was adjusted. Supposedly, the technician test-drove the car after the service and assessed the issue was fixed. It wasn't.

The guys at the service department for the most part were great. They understood my frustration and after weeks of waiting for the part they finally decided to think outside the box and call other locations to find a part for my vehicle. I only wish they had better communication, they didnt inform me my car had hail damage until the day I picked up my vehicle.

The service center at Big Star Hyundai is full of

The service center at Big Star Hyundai is full of incompetent LIARS. How many times do I need to take my car in for the SAME RECALL before they finally replace the part?! I was assured when I made the appointment that the part would be there, just for me, in time for my appointment so that I wouldn't have to make multiple appointments again. GUESS WHAT?! They didn't have the part for my appointment, and they did not tell me this when I dropped off my car for said appointment. I have left messages and emails for a manager to call me and no one has reached out. Not only that, but they did my oil change and tire rotation, and "didn't have time" to wash my car and left the window and windshield FILTHY and full of fingerprints. Absolutely ridiculous.
