Reached out on Tuesday and worked with Daniel. Requested a quote and was given a verbal quote but the paper quote said something different. Daniel said that he read the deal wrong and corrected it. I asked to confirm that he was going to be available on Wednesday. Confirmed and came in Wednesday morning after texting Daniel. Spoke with a rude salesman standing under the tent when I arrived. Asked for Daniel and he said he’s not here and what do I want. No offer to get his manager just a simple what do you want. Got back in the car and Daniel confirms he’s not there. The car I wanted was on the street display and no one was notified that a customer ready to give them money. Something so simple ruined by rudeness and incompetence. Good job Rock Honda.

Visit date: 4/15/26 I had a very disappointing experience at Rock Honda yesterday and feel it's important to share. I came in around noon to explore my lease options, thinking I was nearing the end of my current lease on my 2024 Honda Prologue Elite, which I absolutely love. Raphael assisted me initially and was great, professional, helpful, and welcoming. However, my experience completely shifted when I spoke with Sales Manager Cedric. For context, when I leased my current Prologue in 2024, I put $0 down with a credit score around 650 and secured a payment of $865. At the time, I was making about $90K. Since then, my situation has improved significantly, my credit score is now around 730, my income has increased, and I have a perfect payment history. I have never missed a payment and often pay extra. Despite all of that, I was told I would need to put $8,000 down and take on a $1,100 monthly payment to get into a new vehicle. That made absolutely no sense given my stronger financial profile and loyalty to Honda. The difference in service compared to my previous experience was night and day. I left feeling frustrated and honestly like I was being taken advantage of rather than helped. It did not feel like my best interest was a priority. This is my second Honda lease, and I have been a loyal customer since 2022, but this experience made me seriously reconsider returning. I would much rather work with someone who is transparent and customer focused. At this point, I am open to taking my business elsewhere, because with my current credit, income, and payment history, I know I have better options.

Salesman was awkward and quiet, almost as if he was done with the job. Didn’t provide a tour of the car, so we had to ask him questions to get an answer. Insisted several times to run my credit even though I wanted to pay cash. After he finally conceded, he began to add up features that I know already came with the car. He added on the price of the alarm system for a keyless car. How can a keyless car even function without an alarm system? He added on the plastic that was on the door. Overall, he ended up adding over 5k to the price. Then, he went to talk with his manager and said he would get rid of a few add-ons only to raise the price 1k more. So 6k extra. This was several times after asking what the total price would be for over half an hour. Complete waste of time and horrible and unprofessional salesmen. He cursed at us and said that we would take the price if we were real men. HA!

Our experience selling our Lexus to Rock Honda has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and at the time of writing this review we still have not been paid our $17,000. We sold our 2016 Lexus RX 350, which we owned free and clear with a clean title, no liens, and no issues. The vehicle was inspected by Rock Honda, all paperwork was completed, and the car was delivered to the dealership as agreed. We were explicitly told that payment would be sent overnight via FedEx. That never happened. Days passed with no payment, no tracking number, and no proactive communication. After repeated follow-ups, we were then told—after the vehicle was already in their possession—that payment could take 2–3 weeks due to internal processing and financing delays. This was never disclosed upfront and is completely unacceptable when a dealership has already taken possession of a vehicle with clear title. What makes this situation even more concerning is that Rock Honda is currently holding our vehicle while still owing us $17,000, with no clear timeline for when we will be paid. We were given conflicting information, vague explanations, and repeated promises that tracking information would be sent “by the end of the day,” which never materialized. At no point did anyone from Rock Honda take responsibility for the situation or show urgency in resolving it. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for the fact that a significant amount of money remains unpaid. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication, professionalism, and basic business practices. If Rock Honda cannot handle a straightforward vehicle purchase with a clean title in a timely and honest manner, it raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. I would not sell a vehicle to Rock Honda again and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with any transaction involving payment, follow-through, and integrity.

Two words: Freddy & Manuel. Yesterday my daughter bought a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid AWD and we are delighted. Freddy (Sales) – In helping my daughter (over the course of about a week) I had talked to Freddy several times about price and what I was hoping to get in comparing to another Honda dealership. Freddy was super patient and understanding and walked me through a couple of options. Ultimately we decided Freddy was going to deliver what he had promised and we drove from Long Beach just to Fontana to purchase the Honda CRV Hybrid in the color she wanted. Have to admit I was nervous that we would show up and maybe the price would go up but Freddy came through like a champ! The other Honda dealer provided no movement on the price and Freddy truly worked with us. Freddy even helped us get a great deal on cargo tray and seat mats. Excellent customer service! Manuel (Finance) – explained everything in detail and processed my daughter’s paperwork pretty quickly. Excellent customer service again! We are a Honda family – all of us drive Honda’s which are quality cars. This was our first time working with Rock Honda and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Freddy for sticking to your promise and giving my daughter the car she really wanted at a very fair price.

Do NOT purchase a car here. Especially from sales people named Q or Freddy. They will rip you off and force you into the mist expensive car, and once you signed never respond to you again! The finance manager, edits made mistake after mistake, and after multiple attempts on mine and my brothers end to reach out never got back to us! David replies on yelp with his email and says to reach out, yet he also never replies to my reach outs!!!! If this dealer was legit they would offer a direct line to speak to a manager, especially when I review the terrible experience I had the day I bought the car, and until over a month later. Edris sold me the wrong vin and plates and told me after I drove the car home, then Omar the “Honda link” manager had me drive in to the dealership to tell me the support line was “closed on a saturday” and he sent me home without helping me. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership thought they were on a pedestal and were very snarky. You work at a car dealership and are a car salesman, not better than anyone else! Respect your customers, take care of your customers and resolve their issues! I will review you on every website if I keeps you from doing bad deals with good people who deserve to buy their dream car and not be treated like a number!
