They answer all my questions and never have any issues providing me explanations and advice on maintaining my car. They are never pushy about the recommended services that Honda suggest based on your cars mileage. I really appreciate how much they are willing to work with you, especially when it comes to major repairs. They have provided me with loaner vehicles in the past. They also have a shuttle bus to transport guest to get food at a nearby mall. One of my favorite reasons to keep coming here on top of the customer service is there competitive pricing. You get comparable pricing for the service while still receiving oem parts. I definitely would recommend this dealership for car purchase and maintenance for long term ownership.

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle.
