BEWARE!

BEWARE! They add a $4,000 hidden fee onto all their used vehicles! Furthermore, their sales people write fake 5-star reviews! DO NOT TRUST!

Dishonest, I drove 80 miles to c a car and asked many

Dishonest, I drove 80 miles to c a car and asked many times if the car is available and they said yes, once I arrived suddenly the car was sold which is a manipulation just for me to come and see the cars, I’ll let it go and see another car with an accident that doesn’t even worth 29k and he said 32k the dealer there and then suddenly told me the price is 35k and the system is updated and that’s the price now; the update just happened now???? I’m on the website all the time and it wasn’t updated , it was a ripoff tbh, it’s not good for Cadillac brand and I would appreciate some honesty here

We had a really experience in purchasing our 2024 Lyriq.

We had a really experience in purchasing our 2024 Lyriq. Our salesperson, Sunni, was wonderful. Unfortunately, the experience with our trade-in has been a nightmare. We traded in our 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 and was told that the car would be paid off. We had a payment due in 9/8 that we were advised to make even though the trade in occurred on 9/7. It has now been almost 6 weeks and the car is still not paid off. We are facing late fees and no one from the dealership will return our calls. This is after a visit to the dealership on last Friday (10/11) where I was advised that the car was being paid off "Today." Instead of a customer for life, they have someone who wishes they had spent their $ elsewhere. SMH.

Horrible dealership don’t go there they advertise for one

Horrible dealership don’t go there they advertise for one price and when you buy they add some fugaz protection package of $2,895 and $1,000 prep fee after making a deal with them despite the their outrages mandatory package I send all my information they contact me saying they tell me you have to finance with us I said I don’t want to finance, they come back saying they sold the car for more money to someone else, terrible dealership very unprofessional stay away

Go somewhere else!

Where do I start.... The price of the car was listed at 28,900. The same car was at 23,900 5 days ago. I have about $20k to put down. I used the trade evaluation on this site which they returned a value of 5750. I got the email for the same. fine. In my math world, my package of 25750 is more than the 23,900 they were asking 5 days prior. So I speak with Cristina who told me she had to run the numbers and call me back. an hour and a half later, I contact her again by text and asked when i expected to hear back. she called me shortly after. cool. She tells me that the price will remain the same and they couldnt do anything as it was competitively priced and the only reason it was $5k lower 5 days ago was because it was the end of the month and they tried to close out the month with more sales. Then... she tells me my new trade evaluation was about $4600 which included the tax savings off the total cost of the car... then there was a $4995 "trade advantage" fee that included a replacement key and a special car wash. I cut her off at this point and told her that the trade eval bothered me and that she couldnt include the tax savings off the trade as part of the trade evaluation; that was decietful. I also told her that i wasnt interested in the trade advantage. She insisted on trying to speak over me to "explain it to me". that wasnt going to go her way. I shouted over her to tell her that we were too far off and that it wasnt going to work and i hung up on her as she kept trying to speak over me. done deal, right? nope! she texted me!!! so i got mad and called to speak with the manager. they werent available but i left my number to call me back. I couldnt believe that this behavior was coming from a cadillac dealership! the manager Rich called me back and in a much calmer tone told me the same things. I explained that a sale in the begining of the month still counts the same as one at the end of the month and when you dont sell the car, it still counts as zero. I was trading in a car and paying off the rest in cash. His numbers added up to me having to finance $19k!. all in all.... this is a terrible place to do business with. dont let anyone speak over you and if the deal is too good to be true, IT IS! in their case, they lowered the cost of the car but then included a $5k nonsense cost and offered half on a trade that was given by cars.com. I'm will be calling cadillac corporate to report this as well. Do better Cristina Palacio and Rich Aquino. Call the cost what it is. dont deceive people driving over 150 miles to get the deal done. you're supposed to be a reputable cadillac dealer. ACT LIKE IT!

Fred, While we appreciate your feedback, and are sorry we could not make a deal, we do feel the need to respond to some points you made in your review. Much like many retail stores, Amazon, etc. at times we run sales on vehicles for a short period. Unfortunately for you, you inquired about a vehicle AFTER the sale period had ended, and the price was raised back to original pricing. On top of that, our current price of $28,900, still puts us as the least expensive 2018 Cadillac CT6 in a 500-mile radius. So, if your intention is to get a good deal on a vehicle, that is still an option. As far as your trade in value, we never saw you or your vehicle. All of this was done over the phone. If your car is worth $5,750, we will pay you $5,750. However, if we have to do everything over the phone, we have to protect ourselves by giving a lower range on your trade, because it happens all the time where people say their car is in mint condition, and then show up with a car missing a headlight (true story). If your car is in the condition you claim it is, we will honor the value given. At the end of the day, you obviously have the final choice as to where you spend your money, and we would love to earn your business. However, we are not going to be bullied into a relationship with a client who posts a bad review because they did not act in time for a sale. Cristina is a very good salesperson, humble, professional, and with a small amount of research, you will see she has tons of EXCELLENT reviews on this site and others. No Good

I wouldn't bother dealing with this dealership if your "Out of State", it's not gonna happen. Wasted two weeks to set up virtual appointment, and they told me it has been sold, but it's still listed for sale. They lack honesty, selling vehicle locally is fine also, but just be straight with clients, that's all. Horrible customer experience.
