I had a frustrating experience with the parts department, specifically with Brandon. His attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. On top of that, the parts were ordered incorrectly multiple times, causing delays and inconvenience. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service was disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall experience for customers.

Worst service. Rude. Charged over $800 to NOT fix bumper sensor damage and key fob programming.(bought fob from them). Daughter currently has suburban in there for a recall for weeks. they would not give her a.rental. Do not buy from them or use their service.

This place was extremely trustworthy, NOW IS NOT dealing with GenEral Managers KASH was my worst nightmare ever , he lied so much and also warranty was sold to me was nothing but major mistake Ally warranty did not cover rental like they promised and some dealers don’t want to dealing with it,

I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office

We purchased a new Chevy 3500 from them in 2/20. It has been in the shop since 2/24. Today is 3/28. They don’t communicate delays or make their commitments for reply. I have had to involve GM corporate to get help. I need my truck for work. This is costing me my livelihood and they can’t be bothered to give an update on progress or an eta. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to diagnose and replace a steering part. Liars, frauds, don’t buy a car or truck here. They do not stand by their product and their service is by far the worst I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Very disappointing.

JT was the sales person who had answer my call, and he went above and beyond in helping me get the vehicle that I wanted. Very nice dealership and had a variety of vehicles. If I am ever in the market to get another vehicle, I would surely buy from them again.

False advertising. Kept sending emails with good price but once you call they claim to be sold out. But the email was sent only less than 5 min before I made the call.
