My overall experience at Kearny Mesa Ford was outstanding in every respect, especially my sales representative, Ernie Gonzalez. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and friendly. All of his paperwork was accurate, and he made sure that my vehicle was immaculate and that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Steven Slewa in finance and Rick Verduin in Customer Experience also provided excellent service. Every department was friendly, professional, and efficient. This is my second vehicle purchase through Kearny Mesa Ford, and I also have all of my service done here. I will continue to refer friends and family to this outstanding dealership.

Anthony did me right!
Anthony did me right! Jessica is so sweet, makes the LONG paperwork signing go by fast, and everyone is honest and real, friendly and normal. I told them what I wanted, they took the info, asked a few questions to narrow down what I wanted generally, then did the work to get me the best used car I could afford with my "fair" credit score and I drove out of there in a car I never dreamed I would own.

I told them exactly what I wanted and they gave me that car but better. I got my hybrid Escape and I am beyond happy with my vehicle. Noah was very attentive, paciente and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purschase.

If you're credit is bad, they don't care to help.
If you're credit is bad, they don't care to help. They advertise a "fresh start" program to help you get into a vehicle. If you take advantage of this, they treat you differently then someone coming in as a normal finance. I was never shown a physical car. Wasn't given the option to test drive, I honestly wasn't even shown a picture of the vehicle I was "purchasing". That is the beginning of my 3 day buying experience. Started on monday morning, which went all the way into the evening. Was told to come back on Tuesday. My car wasn't ready until Wednesday afternoon, so they gave us loaner, but never turned off the security features. So once it was parked in my drive way, that's where it stayed till someone could turn off the security features. Was told my car would be ready for pick up on Wednesday by noon. I left the dealership at 3pm. It just seems like nobody really cared. There were 2 people that helped the whole process that helped that seemed genuinely helpful. Everyone else was just there for the money. To top it off, I DO NOT have a copy of my paper work.
