We finally received our brand new bronco(after nearly 2 years from ordering date) we were soooo excited for this day. Ricardo was wonderful. He went above and beyond, came to pick us up from the train station. He was personable, and had the car all ready for us to take home. Kelly in Finance was extremely nice, and had a great attitude. Made our car buying experience very smooth. Thanks again!

Compre un carro que estaba fallando
La peor experiencia en. Comprar un carro 12/30/2022 compre una Ford f-150 2013 aquí en este concesionario. Y alas 2 semanas me empezó a fallar tirar aceite y oler aceite quemado.la lleve a su departamento de reparación y me avisan que tengo que pagar yo las reparación. Así que gente amigos si están por comprar un carro usado aquí. No lo recomiendo no pierdan su tiempo y dinero aquí. Quien me atendió y vendió fue Javier

David Garita was great! Even though my Maverick Hybrid was on massive back order, he would notify me of the latest status even though Ford also sent generic notices, adding that personal touch.

UNACCEPTABLE LOWSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We brought our Fusion in for service. The quoted price increased each time we had a follow up call from the service advisor. When trying to reach a person always got voice mail, never a call back. After we got the final call that the car was ready for pick up & we paid in full for the service my husband was there for an hour, because they suddenly couldn't find our car keys. They called a Lyft to drive my husband home to get the second key from our house, when he came out of our house with the key the driver took off. I had to drive my husband over to KMF again. We complained to the Service Director, Brian Nelson about this horrible experience. The lost car key had our house keys on it & everybody has access to our house now. We need to change the lock to our house. After 2 days still no call back from Mr. Nelson. When calling it goes direct to VM. What bothers me is the lack of respect they pay to customers! I would never buy another car there! KEY STILL NOT FOUND!!!
