We bought a new Kia from Kia of Dublin in Aug of '25.

We bought a new Kia from Kia of Dublin in Aug of '25. The sales team was initially helpful and attentive, especially when we were clear we were wanting to make a purchase quickly. We purchased a car after test driving the same model -- upon pick up of the vehicle, we noticed there were multiple scratches and dents on the exterior of our "brand new" car. The sales team assured us that they would take care of it-- this is where things really took a turn. We discovered that the sales team forged our signature on paperwork saying we had inspected and approved the condition of the car-- which we did not- and in fact we had never seen the actual car we purchased in person until we picked it up. They took us to the service department who treated us incredibly poorly but promised the work would be finished quickly. 2 weeks later upon pick up, we saw that the work was not completed, and in fact, looked worse than before. We were told they outsourced the work. Still not pleased with the condition of the car, they took it back from us to fix-- 2.5 weeks later and poor communication later, they finally returned the car with the work done to the body to deliver it like-new. After a week of driving the car (now 2.5 months after we purchased it but only 1 week after getting it back from their slow body shop), we discovered that they attached the drivers side door wrong and it now doesn't opened properly. The car itself is great-- the sales team and service team both completely failed to provide even a basic level of service to us. Buyer beware!!

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners.

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!! Merry Christmas to us!! Whooohooo!!

Avoid-Save your time and money

Don’t waste your time! Placed an order last year, they never got the factory to make my car. I kept following up and was finally told order was cancelled but they would follow up with me in a few months, never did. I decided to start looking again and called them, was told that because of the situation they “would take good care of me”. Started talking about placing another order and was quoted double the markup of all the dealerships I called in 100 mile radius. If you want to pay more and possibly never get your order this is the dealership for you.

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. Their sales people are lazy and not helpful. I even received a few rude text messages. Unwilling to negotiate when other dealers in the area will. You will get better service elsewhere.. I wouldn’t bring your money here.

We have been customers of Kia for years and were excited

We have been customers of Kia for years and were excited about a dealership opening in Dublin as it’s much closer to home for us. In the last 12 months we have got 2 cars from them and purchased their service plan for both cars. Our car was transferred there by a body shop for a minor issue and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. We have continuously tried to find out what is wrong with our car and when we to manage to get a person to speak with, we get no answers. Today after 10 days we were told that our car had the original issue fixed but now another had come up, which wasn’t there when it went in, and they absolutely refuse to give us an answer as to when our car will be done or even now answer their phones. I cannot recommend against this dealership enough, we are without a car and have no end in sight of when we will get it back, they are extremely unprofessional. Nobody answers the phones and they say they have no loaners for their customers during a service that’s taken days and days longer than was promised. Do not use this dealership for their service at all. It’s sad because we had good experiences during the purchase of our cars but will never use them again following on from this absolutely appalling experience.

Stay Away

Avoid this place at all possible cost. Even if this is the last dealership on earth. Called them up this past Sunday and was interested in the Kia Sorento hybrid plug in. Online they have it listed at 47k but this guy Jose answers the phone and tells me there is a mark up of 10k. I told him that we were interested and if he could work out a deal. Tells me to submit the credit application so we did. I get a call from another guy Mike who tells me it has been approved. He proceeded to tell me that the down payment was 5k and payments were 563 a month. I said that is okay we were looking at 550 a month. Mike also told me that we were getting the car with a 2000 mark up even though it was advertised for less online. We were okay with it as they told us they need to make some money since the pandemic has hurt their business. I told Jose and Mike were going to there on Monday which was the next day and we were coming from San Jose so wanted to make sure everything was finalized pending a test drive and signing the paperwork. I sent Jose the paperwork he asked for and the appointment was set for Monday 6:30 pm. The next day I called to make sure they still had the car so we ended up driving there after work and spent two hours in the road as there was a lot of traffic. After driving the vehicle we sat down to do the paperwork. Jose brought out a worksheet showing the payments and all the details. The price was different, payments were much higher so I asked why all of a sudden everything changed. He proceeded to tell me that he has only been working here for a month and didn't know what was going on. This guy named Mohammed Nader comes out next who claims to be the finance guy. He tells me that the application was just approved and they didn't have our zip code so the higher payments are due to taxes being added on. I told him we got a notification when they ran out credit yesterday and he changes the subject. I asked him about the price and he says that was it even though Mike told me something else. These people didn't even honor their own word. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I should have read the reviews first before going there, it seems like we are not the only ones who had these issues. I expected so much more out a franchise dealership, I mean you get treated much better at a xxxxty buy here pay here dealership. By the way they claim to be a new Kia dealership who recently opened up it is xxxxxxxx. This guy Mike doesn't even work at Kia supposedly he works at the Chevy dealership next door. This place is shady top to bottom.
