The service scheduling and actual drop and service

The service scheduling and actual drop and service maintenance were done perfectly and on time. I was called to pick up my car after complete service but when I arrived to pick up my car, my service manager was busy with another customer who had a.big problem. So Genesis wanted me to wait 20 minutes for my service manager to complete work with their current customer. Completely understandable but they could have let another customer serve rep check me out.

Great facility, wonderful staff but it should not take

Great facility, wonderful staff but it should not take two hours for an oil change. The service operation is not adequate to support the volume of sales.

Everything went so smooth.

Everything went so smooth. Scheduling was easy; the valet pickup and drop off was great. My service advisor Pawel kept me updated on the whole service. It’s a good dealership.

Although communications continued throughout the repair,

Although communications continued throughout the repair, I don’t believe anyone contacted me regarding a replacement battery installed. There did not appear to be a previous issue with the battery when vehicle brought to dealership. For an approximate $500 purchase and install it was not a pleasant surprise
