Very pleased with the sales effort of all sales and

Very pleased with the sales effort of all sales and manager team. The lack of customer service following the sale is the reason for the low rating. I am still waiting for an answer on my care care products question. Hopefully the service after the sale will improve.

You can’t judge a dealership by a couple of its less than

You can’t judge a dealership by a couple of its less than stellar parts, right!? Service department needs to focus on the person at hand. The detail and prep department needs to focus on proper detailing of vehicles going into the hands of excited owners.

Absolutely the worst service experience have had at this

Absolutely the worst service experience have had at this dealership in 3 years. After a routine service which included tire rotation, when driving home the car pulled to the right. They obviously did not do a test drive or the pulling would have been obvious. I called and took it back a few days later when I had time. They said I needed 2 new tires which I did not sound right to me, the tires did not have that many miles on them. The service agent simply said new tires was the only solution. I went from the dealership to a Tire Kingdom store that said the tires did not look that bad. They did an alignment and problem was solved! All my prior service experiences were positive but this attempt to sell me tires was horrible.
