My X5's starter wasn't working and the Rockville dealer

My X5's starter wasn't working and the Rockville dealer was able to get my car in immediately to have it looked at. The mechanics determined that the starter needed to be replaced. Ali worked with the insurance company to cover the repair under my extended warranty. In addition, Ali went above and beyond and offered me a loaner car for over a week so I wouldn't have to postpone my family vacation while my car was being serviced. That's great service!

We worked with Dylan and not only found him to be very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at but also very professional and not pushy which is always great. Ended up purchasing a perfect BMW IX50 and are very happy. Also, Anton at the finance office was very easy to deal with and did the paperwork needed quickly. His recommendation to purchase some extended warranty and rims/tires protection was helpful and we ended up purchasing 3 of them.

Took my two year old under warranty car in for recall

Took my two year old under warranty car in for recall work, check engine light and broken seat. Took 4 weeks to fix. Each week I was told it would be ready by the end of the week, and when the time came I heard nothing. One issue was whether the seat repair was under warranty. I tried to get my service advisor to help me with it and he ghosted me. They didn?t fix it even though he never told me they weren?t going to. Service advisor then lied and said I told him not to fix it. He then hung up on me and was rude to my dad who was there to pick up the car. I called the manager, left a message, no call back. They left car dirty with no gas and no charge.
